Please please LOOK AT THE REVIEWS before you buy.Are these reviews not seen by Oculus??????????My son has had issues with customer service since October 2020.. each email I sent either gets answered with the exact same troubleshoot PASTE. OR they just don't answer. I have sent 30-40 emails. I am now going to take legal action.We have now bought another headset and the broken one is sat in a box. I would rather of given the money to a worthy charity than in a scammers pocket. I am not only shocked but apauled at the company and somebody SHOULD do something to stop them trading.Please don't think this won't happen to you. Just read the reviews, not rocket science, DO NOT TAKE THAT CHANCE

Do not buy anything from the oculus store. They will do everything to not accept returns even if the product was not opened. When you ask for return details. They keep coming back for you to provide information unrelated to the product being returned. Ive given the order number. That should be enough. They ask unrelated questions like what was the name of the product you bought from us a while back. What has that got to do with anything. Unless they want to make it a pain for you to return and you will end up not bothering with the return. Luckily I paid with PayPal. If they don’t give return details. A dispute will be on its way.

Trying to send back my quest 2 for warranty due to random screen damage. Support are asking me irrelevant questions and leaving me waiting 3 - 5 days between each response back from them. I can understand waiting that for the initial response, but to wait that long for every single email back during a support thread is just disrespectful.*UPDATE: it has now been an entire week since i last heard from Oculus support. They requested images of the screen to review and said they'd het back to me. I send them as requested 7 days ago, and sent another email since. Seems like they're outright ignoring me now. I have about a month until warranty expires too so it seems deliberate. Definitely will not be purchasing an oculus product again. Bunch of d*ckheads

I have tried for several days to return the product. I keep getting a run around. The return my product link in the order doesn’t work. Lousy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If you value customer service and after-sales support please read these reviews and avoid Oculus. I am 46yo and have never, in all my time on this planet, experienced customer service so bad that it verges on a “secret camera” show. No matter how many times you provide evidence to them, whether it’s a receipt or a photograph, they ask for it again. One agent will promise you a quick resolution, all to your satisfaction, the next few will contradict every thing they said.Avoid this company like the plague. Even though our child benefits from the VR headset as it helps with her autism, Oculus still refuse to just resolve our issue. They are a disgrace and I will tell every single person who can be bothered listening to me how bad they are. The satisfaction of stopping a purchase makes me feel so much better when Oculus have shown they simply don’t give a fiddlers about our daughter.

Oculus sadly don't make very good products from my experience. I bought a rift S and noticed its audio on the left side didn't work. So I had to go get it refunded and buy another. After a month of using the second one the cheap plastic decided it was going to crack. I am someone who looks after what they buy so this was annoying to say the least. So again I go back and get a refund. This time I opt for the Quest 2. being told how durable it is. However its not as comfortable and you can always see out the bottom. The guardian constantly wants to move me as close to my desk as possible. I pay for the Virtual desktop and that kills my battery super fast and causes game to lag out bad even though I have good internet speeds. So I decided to grab a cable as the one supplied in the box is as short as they come. Now here comes a bunch more problems to enjoy. I noticed when I plug in my cable it tells me to plug it into a 3.0 slot and it is....but does it notice....nope. I go into Vrchat to talk to some friends and does my mic work now....Nope....So i have to use my Rode mic....the quest pics up everyone else's mics so they can all hear themselves.....(Sigh) ok let me get some headphones and plug them into the headset.....does that work? Nope. I looked online and this is an issue everyone seems to have and its been around for a very long time. Are they fixing it? Nope. Not really sure why I have to jump through so many loops to try and get such basic things to work. I cant recommend Oculus and in fact I warn people to avoid them. I will be saving up for the Index and I hope to god I get a better experience cause Oculus just gives me a headache.

All the one star reviews are true.My sons Quest 2 (a Christmas gift) developed a fault in January.After dozens of messages and jumping through hoops Ocolus requested it’s return promising the replacement would be sent within 3 day.Ocolus received it back on the 9th March, still no sign of a replacement.Messages to Ocolus chasing it are now being ignored.This is theft, and mirrors other reviews on here.Shame on you Facebook.

Absolute disgrace. Linked my Oculus quest 2 to my Facebook account that I have had for 12 years and they disabled my Facebook account. Now I can’t log in to my Oculus or Facebook. If I link a new Facebook I will lose all the games I have bought. Oculus support just keep saying 3-5 business days to look into this and then never reply. I am beyond sad, not about the money but the photos I had in Facebook that I cannot retrieve

I draw the line at speaking with support that dont understand the product they are supporting. I tried 3 seperate agents all were as dumb as each other.

Awful. First e-mailed them around 3 weeks ago stating my problem and device I was using (Quest 2), to be sent advice about a different device (Rift S). Okay, one mistake is acceptable, no problem, I'll e-mail them again to remind them I need advice for Quest 2. I then received some help from a different agent for the Quest 2 which didn't work, so I replied saying it didn't work, only to be sent to another agent who then sends me instructions for the Rift S again?! So I requested not to be assigned a different agent again as the agents are clearly unable to read back through e-mails properly and just want to spam send their easiest and most convenient option to me that doesn't help in the slightest. I have followed up twice on this e-mail and still no reply. Would appreciate at least a reply, just have my fingers crossed another agent doesn't think I have a Rift S otherwise I'll be waiting another 3 weeks for basic instructions.. seems like they are just avoiding it to me.

My oculus quest 2 died after receiving a new update, first the support replied to me but as soon as it was clear I required a refund they stopped to reply I have more than a week waiting for any reply, is terrible.

If I could give minus stars I would. By far the worst and dodgiest customer service department I have ever encountered. Even what should be the simple matter of getting a faulty lens ring replaced on a headset still under warranty is proving to be an absolute nightmare. But then what can you expect from Facebook, who make OCP from "ROBOCOP" look ethical in comparison?

Lost my device. Then said there is a difficulty getting parts from Europe. I’ve been without my device since July. No end in sight to when this will be resolved.
